I started Flow because I was looking for the perfect job.
I wanted to help empower people and give life to their ideas. I wanted to build a community through strategic collaboration and collective impact, and to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with that community as we lay the foundation for future generations.
It was a bit lofty for me to expect to find that description in a job posting, so I set out on a path toward making that perfect job a reality.
